We had a busy year so far and had already a couple courses in February until April at Panorama Mountain Resort and already started our spring and summer lessons.

We planned to do the P2 supervised flights up at Panorama that day but the upper winds from the west picked up and we decided to some towing this day. Kris was running a towing workshop at noon at Kinsmen beach and after that we got a total of 12 flights with 3 students.

Here is a video of the first payout winch tow on Lake Windermere. We will be using the winch for future training after students graduated from out practice hill and before flying off Mt. Swansea.

Sunny & Hot for Sept 26-27 2020!
A total of 6 PPG pilots, 5 foot launch and one quad, plus a Hang Glider Trike (myself) met Saturday morning at the Invermere Airport. The weather turned out better than expected and by around 10:30 am everyone was in the air. The wind got a bit stronger from the south and a total of 4 pilots flew to Fairmont and back.
Frank Kernick hosted a Pizza night at his house where he backed up the Pizzas in his own wood fire pizza oven… Thanks a lot Frank, it was outstanding Pizza and an awesome evening!
On Sunday we all met at the Fairmont Hot Springs Airport and flew down to Canal Flats followed with lunch at the Viibrant Earth Cafe & Bistro.
Kris Chasse, Chris Wilson and I got a drive up with Evence to Mt. Sabine from where we had a paraglider flight.
After lunch Evence (thanks again for the ride Evence) we got another ride up to the mountain and had a great thermal flight with about 1000 feet over launch for about an hour!
All in all, it was a great weekend and thanks again for everyone coming out!
Lets do this again!
